Kimberly received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, and has been in private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in Los Angeles, CA for over a decade. The MOTHERHOOD, SELFHOOD® workshops were born out of her extensive experience working with a wide range of mothers, and her own experience of raising her daughter while juggling a full psychotherapy practice. She leads the MOTHERHOOD, SELFHOOD® workshops in Los Angeles, CA and Austin, TX, and is currently crafting the accompanying workbook. Kimberly co-authored the award-winning play, THE MAN IN THE FLYING LAWN CHAIR (winner of the Edinburgh Fringe First, included in BEST PLAYS OF 2000 Anthology and recorded for BBC Radio), is a graduate of the Atlantic Theater Company’s Conservatory, creator of the GoGirl! Film Festival, was a supervisor at Cedar Sinai’s teen-to-teen hotline, TEEN LINE, and received her mediation certification at Loyola Law School’s Center for Conflict Resolution. Kimberly currently lives in Austin, TX with her family.
